7.1 No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Harmony Touch, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
7.2 Monetary Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you paid to Harmony Touch, if any, for accessing or using the Site during the twelve (12) months prior to bringing the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms and Conditions shall be instituted in the courts of Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.
